Architect

• Architectural design for various building types (residential, industrial, commercial).
• Developing design documents, creating detailed drawings, and coordinating with related disciplines.
• Proposing creative design ideas that are functional and aesthetically pleasing.
• Author’s supervision and coordination to resolve issues that arise during construction.
• Participating in consultations and presenting design plans to clients and the project’s construction management team.

• Gender: Male/Female
• Experience: ≥ 2 years in architectural design
• Education: University degree in Architecture
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Lumion, or other related design software.
• Possesses good aesthetic sense, creative ability, and the capacity to work under pressure.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience designing high-rise buildings, factories, or large-scale residential projects.
